Due to popular demand, we are Bringing the Fun Back to Bahasa Malaysia with the next round of our Saturday workshops. 

Each workshop includes:

• A 20-minute assessment prior to the commencement of the workshop for facilitators to gain a better understanding of the child; and

• A ½ hour optional parent consultation immediately after each workshop to demonstrate how parents can reinforce and carry forward techniques learnt

Children will be guaranteed individual attention, with a maximum teacher-student ratio of 1:3.

 Learning Objectives

• Build the student’s interest and confidence in learning Bahasa

• Ensure mastery of the basic suku kata components

• Provide practical ways for the student to practise decoding based on suku kata

• Develop the student's ability to form simple sentences in Bahasa

• Enable the student to carry out basic conversations in Bahasa

Methods

• Kinaesthetic methods (E.g. treasure hunts, obstacle race)

• Visual methods (E.g. arts and crafts, drawing)

• Practical role play scenarios (E.g. selling/buying items, puppet show)

• Music related activities (E.g. sing-along, song writing)

• A variety of exciting games and activities
